We caught up with Art "One Glove" Jimmerson, the man who first fought Royce Gracie back at UFC 1 in 1993. Jimmerson, who is the head boxing coach at UFC gym in Torrance, California talks to us about his UFC 1 experience, the evolution of MMA and his favorite fighters to date. You may have remembered him as the guy who stepped into the octagon with one boxing glove on.
