Mackens Semerzier Released from UFC Contract

American featherweight fighter Mackens "Mack da Menace" Semerzier has been released from the UFC on the heels of a quick submission loss to Daniel Pineda, which took place at UFC on FX 2 earlier this month. The 31-year-old competed in the WEC and UFC several times, going 2-4 with one no contest overall in both promotions.
